Who do I contact regarding my order?
All order inquiries should be made to email@example.com. Please include your Order Number! Email response time is 24-48 business hours. We do not recommend to DM us on Instagram as Direct Messages will have a slower response rate due to high volume of DMs & it is easy for your DM to get lost and buried below all other messages.
How do I get a refund or cancel my order?
Once your order is processed we cannot accept cancellations or returns especially on custom items. Please be sure you want to place your order before ordering. No refunds are issued unless there was a mistake on our part during the fulfillment process for your order.
When will my order be here?
Orders are processed Monday - Friday. We do not start your order until 24 hours after the order is placed to allow for modifications and changes. Custom items items are subject to extended wait times. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service, However due to COVID 19 we do not have a firm shipment date.
How do custom order works?
If you'd like a custom order you'll have to add the item to your cart and in the text box you may elaborate on what you'd like to have on your items. If you are unable to see a text box, please email us your order number as soon as your order is place.
